Roasting & Shipping Schedule

To ensure you are always drinking the freshest coffee, all of our coffee is roasted to order by our roasting team on Mondays and Tuesdays and shipped out to you on Thursdays.

Should order demand exceed our roasting capacity, you will be notified of your place in the queue and coffee will be shipped in the order it is received.

And if at any time our coffee is listed as sold out on our site, don’t despair - sign up for our monthly coffee subscription! Subscription orders will always be filled on the first Thursday of the month regardless of how many other orders we have in the queue.
