What are the benefits of subscribing?

The most obvious benefit is price! Due to reduction of our labor costs for subscriptions as well as the benefit of the predictability of a recurring order, we have discounted our coffee subscriptions $10/pound for every variety.

Secondly, our subscribers are our most cherished customers - they drink our coffee monthly after all - so their orders are always at the front of the line. We will never sell out of coffee for our subscribers - you are always guarenteed to have our coffee each month regardless of the volume or the length of wait for our other orders.

Finally, it is a purchase you can feel great about! A reoccuring subscription is the best way to support our small family farm. It allows us to make sales projections, invest in new equiment and staff, and give raises and bonuses to our amazing team.

Can I choose what roasts I will receive? And What is the farmer’s choice roast?

Yes! In your initial order you can choose to receive the same roast every month or you can select “Farmer’s Choice” which means that we will send you a different coffee every month. Farmer’s choice is a great deal in addition to being a fun surprise because it is priced the same as our lowest cost coffee but you will often receive one of our more expensive coffees. If at any time you want to stop receiving a variety and just stick to one coffee, you can resubscribe and select just the one coffee you want.

when will i receive my coffee?

All subscription coffee will be shipped out on either the first or second Thursday of the month (depending on the date of the first Thursday). We roast all coffee on Mondays and Tuesdays and then ship on Thursdays so if the first of the Month falls on a weekend we will be shipping on the first Thursday, otherwise it will go out the next week. If you have any questions about specific months, please email us!

can i pause my subscription?

Yes! You can pause your subscription by logging into your customer account and changing your next charge date for when you would like your subscription to renew. Or, you can just email us and we can do it for you!

how do i cancel my subscription?

We'd be very sad to see you go, but we make cancellation easy. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via email or, even easier, you can log in to your customer account and cancel your next order. Cancellations must be made before your recurring order is automatically placed (which is monthly on the date you initially signed up).
